Due to the demand for outside line construction workers that
are needed to work on the aging United States electrical grid
infrastructures and related outside line work an extension to the
temporary Return to Work Amendment to the Plan of Benefits for
the NEBF and NEAP has been approved effective
January 1, 2012 through December 31 2012.

It has been a long time since the National Electrical Benefit Fund
(NEBF) has issued updated guidance on the definition of gross
labor payroll as per the Plan's Restated Employees Benefit
Agreement and Trust. In an effort to provide clarity, the NEBF
has reissued the definition of gross labor payroll.
